Project and program audit helps the stakeholders to get clue on the program setup, planning, execution progress, and readiness to deliver the benefits and convert to operation.

Depends on the project or program execution phase, audit scope, and stakeholders requirements, audit plan will be created and agreed with the sponsor before starting the audit activities.

Audit is executed by a qualified auditor team augmented with relevant business knowledge member(s). In addition to the PMP and/or PgMP certification obtained by team members.
